General information
Name XenTari® WG
Formulation of Suspendable Granules (WG)
Ingredients 46.0% w / w Auxiliaries, 54.0% w / w (MPCA) or 15000 IU / mg Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. aizawai / strain ABTS-1857
Mode of action
Stomach insecticide, with selective action against lepidopteran larvae. It works by swallowing, after which the larvae stop feeding and die in a few days.

*Pesticides Require Prescription (Spraying License)

Remarks
1) Increased dose of application in cases of large infestation and mixing of the population with older larvae.
2) Spray as soon as the young larvae appear and the first damage is observed and repeat at intervals to keep the population low.
3) It is necessary to wash the whole leaf surface well because the larvae have to swallow the preparation.
4) Do not spray if rain is expected. If it rains (within 7-10 days) after spraying, then it should be repeated.
Durability:
Insects have been found to develop resistance to products that are constantly being used to control them. To prevent such a development of resistance it is recommended to alternate active ingredients with different mode of action.
Phytotoxicity:
It is not phytotoxic in the recommended uses and application doses.
