Fungicide and contact fungicide with protective action. The active substance sulphur penetrates the cells (as elemental sulphur) and causes cell membrane disruption and consequently cell death by dehydration. It also interferes with the function of the electron transport energy chain and ATP formation, resulting in cell death of the pathogen.
